  1. First and fore-most spend more time smiling (even if you do not feel like it) than frowning- why because a smile begins the process to a happy attitude
  2. Learn to breathe correctly, it is essential to good health- it develops Chi- which in return opens the path to healing
  3. When psychic attacks are made against you, just as when physically attacked you need to determine the degree of action needed to neutralize or eliminate the threat and then apply it In doing so You must adapt to the situation and defend your self from these powerful thought forms your health, your sanity and your life may depend on it
  4. You may find yourself in critical health state if so, focus on remaining in life and in the present- rejoice as each step is accomplished towards survival(wellness) , do not reflect on past problems or what happens in the end result if the problem is not resolved. - The only past to look at or those areas that may have created a problem and knowledge or release of those issues may lead to enhanced health.
